A deposit is required to reserve the barn — $100 for a one-day rental, $500 for a weekend rental — applied toward the total cost. Cancellations 14 days or more before your date receive a full deposit refund; less than 14 days are non-refundable. Holiday and special-event dates are non-refundable.
