A $50 deposit is required to hold all camping and lodging reservations. We charge a 3% transaction fee on card payments; payment is due at check-in.
Reservation & cancellation policy
Camping & lodging reservations
A $50 deposit is required for all camping and lodging reservations and is applied toward the total cost of your stay. Your reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
Cancellations & date changes
Cancellations made 14 days or more before your scheduled arrival are eligible for a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable. Reservation dates may be changed 14 days or more in advance, subject to availability, and your deposit will transfer to the new dates.
Event Barn reservations
A deposit is required to reserve the barn — $500 for a weekend rental and $100 for a one-day rental — applied toward the total rental cost. The barn is not reserved until the required deposit has been received. The same 14-day refund and change policy applies, and your deposit will transfer to any new date.
Holidays & special events
Holiday weekends and Little Lusk special-event dates are non-refundable. Deposits and other payments made toward these reservations will not be refunded.
