We charge a 3% transaction fee on card payments. Payment is due at check-in; a deposit may be required to hold event barn and long-stay bookings.
Cancellation policy
Holidays & Special Events
Cancel without penalty by notifying us at least ten (10) days prior to your scheduled arrival. Failure to cancel 10 days prior will result in a minimum of one night's charge.
Non-Holiday & Non-Special Events
Cancel without penalty by notifying us at least five (5) days prior. Failure to cancel 5 days prior will result in a minimum of one night's charge.
Late cancellations
Cancellations are considered "late" when they don't follow the policies above. Late cancellations are charged per the policies above — no exceptions.
